ReadyNAS Pro4 2nd expansion not successful [SOLVED]

Recently I have attempted a second array expansion for a client without success.
Some details:
Originally the Pro4 was configured with 4 1TB drives. During the first successful expansion I added two 2TB drives, one at a time to bays one and two.
1) WDC WD2003FYYS-02W0B1
01.01D02
2) WDC WD2003FYYS-02W0B1
01.01D02
Recently, I attempted to add two more of the same type of drive to bays three and four.
3) WDC WD2003FYYS-02W0B0
01.01D01
4) WDC WD2003FYYS-02W0B0
01.01D01
I received email alerts that the array would expand but it never did after the customary 2x reboot process.
I've attempted the following:
1) Disabled / deleted snapshots
2) Installed the RemSnap add-on
3) Unchecked "Disable Journaling"
4) Unchecked "Enable disk spindown"
5) Rebooted several times.
I have a full set of logs that I can send if required. Please advise!
