ReadyNas Pro4 chrome - frontview not available
I can access the files on the ReadyNas Pro4 but I can no longer open frontview.
Trying to troubleshoot has gotten me in over my head.
Two Goals:
First, view device health status etc, and
Second copy a set of photos to give to family.
Not sure where to go from here.
I have a ReadyNas Pro 4 ethernet connected to my home/small business network router.
I access the drives from several Windows 10 laptops on the network for personal and business storage – one is ethernet connected and one is wifi. These are both new laptops since I last used frontview.
Using chrome Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I have mapped drives to various portions of the NAS to facilitate storing different types of data.
Key portions of NAS data is backed up to Carbonite Pro automatically – and a couple years ago I had a crash and actually used the carbonite backup. All good.
When I use my Frontview bookmark (saved a long time ago) – or if I select the device webpage from the properties window in explorer - I receive this error

xxx.xxx.x.xx uses an unsupported protocol. (I exed out the isp because I don't know if that is a security issue).

Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.
All suggestions welcome.
TIA
I got Raid 6.5 installed (had to download Java).
It shows my ReadyNas Pro4 but the admin button still gives an error
