Here are the answers to your questions.
Is there a problem replicating the second NAS to a third NAS using Replicate over LAN? There shouldn't be a problem as long as the shares from the main NAS were properly backed up to the primary backup NAS.
Is this possible? Yes, it is possible.
Also, is there any way to force a full backup every 4 weeks or so in ReadyNAS Replicate? This is not possible. Full Backup is done on Initial Backup only and the next backup or succeeding will be incremental.
In order to restore from ReadyNAS Replicate, which backups do I need? The first backup (full backup), and all other backups? Just the latest backup? All of them are important. The initial backup has all the contents and the rest of the backups are increments or the changes made since the initial backup was initiated.
