Hi, Jenn. I've tried what you suggested: I cleared the caches on both browsers. I closed and reopened them too. The Route was still there. I tried to remove it again, but with no luck. Then I tried a different computer on the network, didi the same things, but it too didn't remove the Route.
This is curious. What should I try next?
Thank you for your help.

If you disable teaming are you then able to delete the route? Also, there are better teaming options than adaptive load balancing.

I was unsure how to go about disabling teaming safely, but I did some more research in the Netgear Knowledgebase.
I changed the Teaming Mode (Network > Links > Mode) to Round-Robin and when I went back to Routes, the recalcitrant route was gone.
Thanks much for your assistance.
