You need to replace the disk.  I suggest either a WD Red or a Seagate Ironwolf.

I think 10Tb Ironwolf should be the right choice to increase my NAS capacity too. What do you think about it?

Can you please link the procedure to replace disk? My NAS is Xraid formatted.
