ReadyNAS RN10400 Boot issue

Hello Forum,

I have a RN10400, 4 Bay NAS which was running fine on 6.10.10 OS. I understand this is an ARM based processor.

2 nights ago, the NAS refused to boot, the light on the LED flashed and nothing would happen. I have 2 x 4Tb drives installed, which I removed and tried to boot, the NAS goes into Safe mode, can be read by RaidAR, and shows the IP etc. However I cannot use the web to browse, and I am guessing that is normal.

I've tried using the reset button (at the back) options to reinstall the OS, but no gain.

I'm now trying to use the USB recovery option however there is a confusion Firmware shows 6.2.4 during the Debug:Telnet 192.x.x.x error on the RaidAR. While the Safe mode shows 6.10.10 and model 104. I've tried multiple things but it brings me back to the Debug:Telnet 192.x.x.x error and the below screenshot shows the output on RaidAR. Also strangely I can telnet to it but my usual admin password does not work. Also tried the default admin & password but it does not accept it.

Please help!
