ReadyNAS RN2120v2 OS 6.10.6 freezes

Despite the healthy SMART stats, this appears to be disk related. Have you looked in system.log, systemd-journal.log and kernel.log for disk or btrfs errors?

This is a bit unusual, as normally I'd expect to see gigabit ethernet. Are you using a fast ethernet switch?
RN2120's LAN1 was connected to a Mobile Router. It's 100Mbps. But LAN2 was connected directly to a Windows PC 1Gbps LAN port. Files were copied over LAN2.
