ReadyNAS RN2120v2 OS 6.10.6 freezes

This is a bit unusual, as normally I'd expect to see gigabit ethernet. Are you using a fast ethernet switch?
RN2120's LAN1 was connected to a Mobile Router. It's 100Mbps. But LAN2 was connected directly to a Windows PC 1Gbps LAN port. Files were copied over LAN2.

When it freezes, can you reach the NAS over LAN1? (starting with ping).
Yes, I tried to ping NAS during freeze from both LANs. No luck(
Disk test didn't find any problems with HDDs ((
