The other issue is that once it creates a copy, the folders (original and copy) have many of the sub-folders and files missing.
I'm a little confused on what the screenshot is showing. Is this from File Explorer, or something else?
Also, if it is File Explorer, what it is in the File Explorer address bar?
Have you checked with the NAS web ui, to see if these folders are also showing up there?
