ReadyNAS RN3138 unable to destroy Second Volume
I need your assistance because I suddenly could not access the files on my NAS 3138. I replaced the HDD in Bay 4, but it suddenly shows red in all bays, and I am unable to read the drive. Please assist with resolving this.
Attached screenshot with this.
Later, I replied with a new empty HDD in bay 2, but it shows black and is unable to delete the additional data, showing 0

Download the full log zip file - there will be clues in there. If you need help analyzing the logs, then put the full zip into cloud storage and send me a private message (PM) with a link to the zip. Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.
You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
