ReadyNAS RN3138 Volume missing
We are using our ReadyNAS for file storage and backup. This morning we were unable to access our files and when I logged in to the ReadyNAS admin page i got a message saying "No volume exists." When I went to the volumes all the drives are marked as spare, none were members of the RAID.
How can I rebuild the RAID without losing any of the data? I have seen similar posts like this, but not for my model and most have said to contact Prosupport. I have tried to contact NetGear support, but I can't get anyone to talk to me nor can I even find a way to purchase the ProSupport.
Any help is appreciated!!

The first step is to understand what went wrong. Download the full log zip file, and take a look in there. If you need help understanding them, you can send me a copy. Do that by
- uploading the full log zip to cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc)
- get a link to the cloud copy that allows anyone with the link to download
- send me that link in a PM (private message) using the envelope link in the upper right of the forum page.

You're not the first poster to report this. All ReadyNAS models are now end-of-life, so support contracts are no longer available. Some Netgear mods claim that their data recovery service is still available, but no one seems able to get through to Netgear to get it.
