ReadyNAS RND-48 RND4000-200EUS No Volume problem

Hi I hope some guru could possibly point me in the correct direction.  I have a RND-48 with 4 x 4TB drives which has been working fine however lately it has been losing the volume.  I have managed to login and download the logs but to my eye the drives look fine and has passed the Netgear test.

Are there any experts who would be able to take a professional look at the logs and explain what I need to do to get this box reliable.

One option is to upload the log zip file to cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc), and then send a private message (PM) to the mods ( JohnCM_S and Marc_V ) asking them to analyze them for you.

You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.

Maybe also post mdstat.log from the log zip file here.  Best to paste it into the reply (using the </> tool ).
