I think the next step is to power down the NAS and test the disks in a Windows PC using vendor tools (seatools for seagate, lifeguard for western digital). Disks can be connected either with SATA or a USB adapter/dock.

If you are booting diskless, than that is expected. The boot flash doesn't include a web interface.

Two ATA errors sounds healthy to me, though it is still worth running seatools on all the disks.

I think the first goal is to extract any data on the NAS, so you have a full backup of the contents. Without a backup, we need to be more cautious. Do you have data you need to extract?
If you have access via SMB, etc you could simply do a drag/drop of all the files to external storage.
