ReadyNAS RR2304 cannot access over network

Hola , no puedo ingresar al nas , tengo el usuario y clave y aun asi no me deja ingresar , me da error de autenticacion , como puedo borrar y dejar por defecto sin perder el volumen, y como puedo reinstalar el sistema operativo desde un pendrive , al menos asi dice que puedo recuperar el acceso ..

Have you tried doing an OS reinstall from the boot menu? See pages 26-28 here: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RN2120/ReadyNAS_OS6_Rackmount_HWM_EN.pdf
The OS reinstall will
- reset the NAS admin password back to password
- reset the Network configuration to use DHCP with no bonding
- turn off volume quota (which can be turned back on via the volume settings wheel).
