Have you looked in the log zip file for errors?
What disks and RAID mode are you using?

This is a 2304 or 2312? How many concurrent users, do you think? Are you using more than one of the LAN ports and how have you bound them (if applicable)?

The model is ReadyNAS 2304. We have total 300 users and with 25-30 concurrent users. Regarding the LNA port, only one port is currently being used.

If supported by your router/switch, you may be able to improve performance with multiple users by binding the ports. But, unfortunately, I think you simply chose poorly as to the model. That model NAS has only a dual-core Celeron and 2GB of memory (neither upgradable, AFAIK), which may struggle with that many concurrent users, especially if they are actively using files on the server (not just using it for storage of inactive files). A 3138 would have been a much better choice, IMHO.
You may want to open an SSH session and run TOP to see if the CPU is reaching 100% load when it slows down and what processes are taking all the time.
