Readynas Stuck in Booting...

I had the same "Please Wait Booting..." and it would never load. I had just replaced a bad disk 2 and updated the firmware and installed updated apps. So I was freaking out that I had a bad NAS NV+. I yanked all the drives and booted and got a ERR no drives. OK I thought that was good, a different message. So I shutdown and booted up again and gave me the same ERR no drives. I pushed in one drive at a time and listened. I found that my drive 1 was clicking. I yanked it and pushed in all the others and it booted up. It went through all the checks and it is still FS check: 15%. So I am hoping my issues will be resolved with another $50 500GB drive. The two that failed were the original installed 500GB Seagate drives. I am replacing with Western Digital 500GB.
