ReadyNAS104 assistance needed

Hi, I have an old ReadyNAS 104 that apparently just crashed.  I can get it to reboot and I can access it from a browser but it shows the volume as new?  I have 4 - Toshipba 3 TB drives in a RAID 4 configuration.  I have attempted to access the BOOT menu by rebooting the NAS with my finger on the power button but that does not appear to work.  When I look at the drives they are all showing green but "new" and the volume I had for many years is now gone.

Please help

    No, RAID-5.

Yes, but there are warnings in the logs you posted.  This issue could be disk-related. Though there are other possibilities (including a power loss or a crash).

Download the full log zip from the logs page, there is a lot more information there.  If you want me to take a look, then put the zip into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and send me a download link in a private message (PM).  Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.  Send the PM by clicking on the envelope link in the upper right of the forum page.

inactive, which means it cannot be mounted.  Don't follow the suggestion to delete inactive volumes - if you do that, you will lose your data.
