Hello mks1,

 

I have some questions to ask, please see them below:

 

  • What is the model number of your ReadyNAS?
  • What is the firmware version?
  • What are the apps installed to your ReadyNAS?
  • Are you getting an error message on the LCD display?

 

Honestly this seems needs to be checked from the backend.
