Thank you. Not a warranty problem anymore but...
Maybe is better if i buy another 6bay NAS for now with 3TiB drives, and put on retirement the old 4x2tb 4bay NV+.
...aaaand i've thinked 3d-camera and 3d video-camera's hobby can be cheap ....
Thinking about another NAS, and more hard drive, remember me when i had mounted a 12x1000gb raid5 windows server... on a old Abit AB9Pro motherboard with an Intel E2150, 9 SATA on board and 2 PCI-4-SATA card:

But thinking the occupied space, i prefer the new solution, 2 6bay nas.

Just remembered me the hard-transfer files from the old Raid5 to the RNDP600E and the NV+:

Better have a 2^nd 6bay for now. Just end year, i will go in new house and just buyed a dedicated server closet for 2 NAS and some others stuff.
Just last question, for buying another Netgear NAS, many years passed, and i don't know much new models.
Watching the RNDU6000 6bay looks like my RNDP600E extetically, but the engine (cpu\moth\memory\...) i don't know if it the same.
It's almost the same, or just a more faster\advanced one?
Many thanks for advice. (and sorry for my bad english)
