ReadyNASRNDP6000 - Replacing One Bad Disk - Error during boo
Dear all,
I have been very happy with my product until last night. On Tuesday I got an email alert that my disk 2 from the ReadyNas Pro Business Edition had failed, I check the little LCD and noticed that it show "C unprotected" so I decided to order a replacement disk right away. I got the disk yesterday (specifically last night). I proceeded to turn off the device to change the bad disk for the good disk, upon booting the box went through its various checks and started the sync process. When I woke up this morning (8 hours later), the sync process was at 0.00% which was ad to me since 8 hours had elapsed. I proceeded to turn off the box and restarted, doing that the box didnt appear to be accessible anymore. I got the following email alerts, I left it alone to let you (the experts troubleshot this for me). I cannot loose my data by trail and error, I need clues to get this working again. As a reference all the disk in the box are 1.5TB, the new installed disk is 4TB and supported as per your HCL. Below are the errors generate from my email alerts. Please provide me with the best ways to get this working. Thank you.

The paths for the shares listed below could not be found. Typically, this occurs when the ReadyNAS is unable to access the data volume. MOVIES SOFTWARE MEDIA PICTURES TRAINING backup MUSIC [Thu Oct 10 07:00:30 EDT 2013]
