I can peak at 101MB/s to the Pro6. Pro6 has 2 ethernet connections.
I think you can link the two readynas's and use rsync? or replicate to cross copy/sync.
40GB is not very much, I think you could copy that over 1GB/s in 20min, or 1-2 hours over wife.
