I don't trust any backup/mirror process that I can't see happening.
I actually use ViceVersa Pro to mirror - this I can monitor and control.
This is in Win7, running in Bootcamp through Parallels7 on an MBA.
Thanks for the data, I'll look at replacing my MBA with an MBP - but if the recent rumours are true, the MBP will be replaced by an MBA chassis in 2012 anyway. See : http://www.macrumors.com/2012/02/10/mor ... -redesign/
