Hi there,
I am running gigabit LAN, I can move data to the Mac and see min 100Mb/sec, and copy to the NAS min 50Mb/sec.... Sometimes 110/60. If it is only 10mb then I stop copy and restart.... Means I am copying to many files or too big.
This is first class product, very happy with it.
