i was thinking the same thing.. investigating this further, the answer could get quite complicated with regards to your network settings.. my advice is to take the question to superuser.com..
i think the fact that its netgear or readynas is not important.. you probably dont need to talk about that.. just explain the fact that youve got a nas, w7 64bit and everything you've said on here so far, especially the System Error 58.. and hopefully someone will help you out.. youll get a lot more support from some good people. if you do, give us a link to the question so we can follow it.. good luck..
