How did you remove and add these disks, was the NAS on when you removed the 1 tb and replaced it with the new 4 tb ( after you had recovered the data) ?
Do you have a backup?
If you don't have a backup, I would suggest that you do absolutely nothing else and contact support. Leave the NAS as it is and don't do anything with the disk that is not in the NAS.
