Are you using Windows/Mac/Linux?
If using Windows download a free application called PuTTy.
If on Mac/Linux use the Terminal.
The port for SSH is port 22 though you could just SSH in via ReadyNAS Remote (think you would need the ReadyNAS Remote Firewall to be disabled to do this though). If you port forward port 22 be sure to set a strong password.
What version of RAIDiator is on the unit?
I wouldn't recommend 4.1.9 due to an ownership issue.
