Hi mdgm. I have installed SSH for Sparc on the NAS and PuTTY on my pc. I get the prompt for credentials, and prompted for the password when submitting "admin" as User. However, after having input the admin password I use in Frontview, the window just closes?
I have looked for further guidance on using SSH in the forum but unable to find anything, and feel I am getting out of my "comfort zone" as a novice to all this! I also note that using SSH may invalidate future support, so wonder if I should continue with this, given that loss of access to Frontview is only very occasional anyway? It would be useful though.
