Remove deleted files on target not working

After more checking I can confirm that nothing is changing deleted files are still on the back up Hdd and new files haven't copied over either

I had a terrible time trying to set up DeltaCopy to work with a NAS-based Rsync backup. In my case, every file was being declared new and was overwritten, taking a huge amount of time. I finally abandoned it in favor of SyncBackFree on the PC side. If anyone has had success with DeltaCopy and a NAS-based rsync backup, please share your secret.
If only Windows Timeshare backup had delete on target capability, it would be an option.
