Remove disk for backup
I would like to know if i can safely do the following with my Nv+ v1 with 2 disks (raid1): 1) remove 1 disk (hot or cold) 2) put removed disk in usb drive 3) format disk (windows) 4) connect usb...
Yes, just be careful to power down first. Hot-add will likely look like a new disk insertion, and it would be wiped!
