Hi Asymptote,
Welcome to the Community!
What error message do you encounter when you tried uninstalling it? Do you encounter the same issue when you try it on other web browsers?

I use Mac Safari browser.
The ReadyNAS says "Removing Application... This process may take a few minutes. Please wait", when I try to remove Piwigo, but nothing results.
I have also tried Google Chrome browser; same result.
Are there logs that would help you diagnose issue that I could send ?
thanks in advance

Hi Asymptote,
You may download the log zip file of the NAS then send it to us so we can check. You may download it by going to System > Logs then click the Download logs button, then upload it to a cloud storage site and send the download link to me via private message.
Regards,
