The HCL for the legacy NAS isn't updated anymore, and I see no benefit in going crazy finding obsolete drives.
If you like Seagate, then go with a ST2000VN000 (Ironman drive). It's intended for NAS, and should work well in a RAID array.

Mix and match is fine. The two disks were subjected to the same loads under the same conditions, so I'd check the SMART stats on the other old drive. If it is beginning to fail, then you should of course replace it too.
