Thank you for the quick reply! AFAIK a factory reset means that all data that was on the drives is lost, is that correct? I made a backup so it's no big deal, but it would be nice if I could still access the data on the 3Tb disks. Assuming that the disk information is stored somewhere in the OS, is there any way to do a FR without losing the data? I read somewhere that there was a 'SSH method' but I can't find where that was.
