Reset Admin Password

Hello, First post. Searched around and could not find an answer or anyone else even having this problem...

Setup the new NAS, (NETGEAR ReadyNAS 104 4-Bay Diskless Network Attached Storage (RN10400-100NAS)), and it prompted me that there was new firmware available. I declined as I wanted to wait until I got it all setup. I tried the change the admin password and let me fill in all of the fields for the new password, security question and answer. I don't get any error that it didn't work but if I log out and log back in the original password still works and the new one won't. After trying it several times with no luck I went ahead and let it install the latest firmware. Then I tried it again and have the same results. No matter how many times I try to change the password it never sticks. I've tried it using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome on OS X 10.9.4 and with Internet Explorer and Chrome on Windows 8.1. Doesn't make any difference. The new password never sticks. Any idea? Thanks.
