[RESOLVED] Can't find httpd.conf after php install

Hello,
I installed php5 using these instructions : https://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=63434&p=386139
apt-get install nano libapache2-mod-php5 php5 php5-mysql php5-gd phpmyadmin

I'n then supposed to modify httpd.conf (at least to test an index.php file) but I couldn't manage to find httpd.conf, it's not in my /etc/frontview/apache or elsewhere (find an grep)

Did I miss something ?

    Those instructions are for legacy readynas not for your 102
  • Thank's for your quick answer.
    I guessed it, the thing is that I didn't manage to find the right ones.. I found something in /etc/apache2/mods-available/dir.conf, but I'd prefer to have instructions to follow to make sure not to break everything.

    It contains :

    <IfModule mod_dir.c>

    DirectoryIndex index.html index.cgi index.pl index.php index.xhtml index.htm

    </IfModule>

    But still an index php file at the root of my http directory isn't showed correctly (no problem with an index.html)

    Why didn't you just use the PHP add-on under Apps > Available Apps?

    Do you have a backup of your data?
  • I want to do it myself so that I can learn by doing.
    I have several backups yes

    Could you lead me to a how-to if you know any?
  • Ok There is no httpd, and actually everything is working out of the box.
