The HDD#4 S/N ****1338 is dead and generating a lot of errors. You should shut down from the GUI, remove this HDD (double check the S/N) and try boot up the NAS again. If the data volume is then accessible, you should insert a replacement HDD asap to resync the volume to a redundant state.
