Retrieval of Deleted Files on a ReadyNAS NV+ v2

I accidently deleted a lot of files (approx 250GB) within a shared folder that I created a few minutes ago. This just happened as I thought the original command that was performed was a copy command and not a move command. Much to my dismay when i looked at the original Drive that had the data, the original data that was copied is gone. Is there any way for me to retrieve this data from this shared drive? or from the original drive that it was moved from? All help is much appreciated. I will not add any data to either drive unless I know i can't get this back :|

Are you saying that you tried to move data, but it isn't in either the source or destination? Or that it is on the destination?

If the latter, you would just copy it back, so I am thinking perhaps you can't find it at all. Were both folders on the NAS? What were the folder names?
