There is a way if you have a scratch disk, but it is a bit tedious.

You can
(a) power down the NAS. Remove all drives (labeling by slot). Install the scratch disk, and power up.
(b) The NAS will install a clean copy of 6.2.2 with a working web UI. When it completes, download 6.2.3 from this forum and install it.
(c) Then power down the NAS again and reboot.
(d) The NAS will update the OS from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 on the original disks. That will restore the UI and prevent the problem from happening again.
