RN102 will not upgrage firmware
I have a 102 running 6.2.5. I had tried (multiple times and methods) to upgrade to 6.4 without luck. After the reboot it is back to 6.2.5 with no errors in the log file. I also tried installing th...
I got my PM from a Netgear Tech/Engineer. After a few back and forths, he remoted into my ReadyNAS and was able to force an upgrade.
Great support solving the problem. Hopefully he will get a hold of you and do same.

Are you doing the automatic or manual Firmware update? Perhaps use a different computer or web browsers.

If that does not resolve it, have you checked the contents of initrd.log?
Does it show that the update failed?
