I am having the exact same issues. I have been running the readyNAS now for about 4 weeks. It keeps freezing and hanging. The only way to fix is to do a hard reset by pulling the power. Should I also downgrade to 6.2.2? Can you please advise how I am able to fix this issue?

Current firmware is 6.2.5, and the release notes include
- Adjusted CPU and memory timing to improve system stability on RN10x models.
So I'd try that before downgrading.
