Do you mean 6.2.5?
FWIW, you can't have a RAID-5 volume and a RAID-1 volume on a 4-bay NAS - you need at least 5 bays for that.
The NAS is clearly confused. I suggest contacting support (they likely will charge, ask about "per-incident" support).
Do you have a backup?

yes 6.2.5.
but it worked fine for more than a year
it complained about a degraded volume recenlty. so might be related.
does this look like hardware failure of both disks ? - i dont see any errors for them..

Some other users have reported similar experiences with 6.5.
It could be the disks, but it sounds like a software issue.
