RN104 cannot update to 6.4 and device is offline message

I'd suggest avoiding 6.4.0 at this point and waiting for 6.4.1 to be released. You still might need the USB recovery process, so be prepared for that.

On the browser - I am guessing that accessing https://nas/admin is working, since you are seeing the updates. Am I wrong about that?

I used to get the firmware updates before, but as I stated in my previous posts, I cannot access to my NAS via my browser anymore:

    RAIDar says everything´s ok, but if I click on the admin´s page button, I still get the same offline message on my browser.
