RN104 cannot update to 6.4 and device is offline message
Hi! I have a Readynas 104 with four 4tb drives. Latest firmware version is 6.2.5. I´ve been getting the update to 6.4 version for a while, but there´s some kind of bug which does not allow me to ...
I used to get the firmware updates before, but as I stated in my previous posts, I cannot access to my NAS via my browser anymore:
What status is RAIDar giving you?
You might want to contact support (even if there is a charge).
RAIDar says everything´s ok, but if I click on the admin´s page button, I still get the same offline message on my browser.
Have you tried rebooting your NAS?
Do you have a backup of your data?When I try to restart the NAS (using the power button) I get the "Powering Off... Goodbye" message on the screen but nothing happens, so I have to unplug the unit to reboot it.
