RN104 crashed and stuck at "booting" or "Updating"[FW 6.2.2]

I already did contact chat support. They don't want to do anything, as it's past its 90 days warranty, hence the "email" to support - that said, it appears to be a problem created by Netgear..
I did get a note this morning, advising that the support ticket raised was now attached to this thread, for when one of the team gets to it.
