Tried the solution at the link you shared twice, but nothing changed. Even tried a ping call to IP address of my NAS and received only timeout errors.
While doing this I noticed that from the network folder even my Mac Pro was no longer accessible (even the icon had changed from the Mac Pro one to the monitor one). After rebooting Mac Pro was accessible again but not my ReadyNas.

Are you seeing the correct IP address on the NAS LCD screen?
- 77PALE77Jul 07, 2023ApprenticeYes, IP on NAS lcd is correct.
Anyway I can access NAS from every other device on my LAN, only the Mac with Ventura is not working: it seems to be a known issue of this OS, as I found doing many Google search.
I even rebooted NAS and router but nothing changed. Think I have to wait for a Ventura update, hoping Apple fixes this bug.- StephenBJul 07, 2023Guru - Experienced User

How is the mac connected to your network?
Can you ping other devices on your network from the mac

Mac is connected via wifi, and I can ping succesfully any other device on the LAN exept NAS.
