That seems a bit odd. Perhaps mdgm can tell something from the logs.

Well, Jumbo frames aren't inherently faster. All they do is reduce the number of packets per second that the network card+CPU have to process. The more processing that the network card does (i.e. offloads from the CPU), the smaller the benefits. If you have a really fast network card combined with a really fast CPU you won't see any benefits at all.

I hoped reach the 50 or 60 Mo/sec like between 2 computer with standard MTU size!
I think really this nas has a performance problem, maybe network cards are very bad... I know the processor is light but for only files transfer it's sufficient.
