RN104 with inactive volume error message
Hello,
I've been experiencing not being able to access to the volumes but receiving the following message
"Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1, 2, 3, 4."
As you can see it in the attached screenshot, all disks have turned to red.
Rebooted several times but no luck. Some data have been backed up but the others are not.
Can anyone help me and guide me how I can fix the issue and retrieve the data back?
Let me know if furthre info, such as logs, needed.
Specs
FW: 6.10.5 Hotfix 1
OS: macOS 10.13.6

Welcome to the Community!
Inactive volume usually is caused by the RAID being unmounted causing it not to load the volume. It maybe due to an interrupted process or improper shutdown. Another cause can be multiple failed drives. We can try to check what cause it you can send us a link to your logs thru PM so we can download it.
But we also recommend contacting support so they can escalate a case to experts and fix this issue or help you recover your data. If you have a backup of your important data, another option is to do a factory reset to have a fresh RAID.
NOTE: Support may require you to purchase a DRC or Data Recovery Contract
