I'm also curious about this thread. I have a few USB/eSata enclosures, both single and multi drive, which I'd like to be able to use on the 104. At the moment most of them are hanging off the pc as networked media shares, it would be much simpler if I could attach them to the 104 and share everything from one place. It seems strange that this topic has been talked about for over a year but there doesn't appear to be any definitive answer from support as to what exactly can and cannot be done with the attachment ports on the 104.
