RN10400 Can't access through windows 10. Element not found. Network path not found

Usually this is a credentials issue (and something did change in 6.5.1).
Try this and let me know if it works:
Open CMD (you can enter "CMD" in the windows search bar). Then enter
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasname\data /user:admin nasadminpassword
using the real nas name (or IP address) instead of nasname, and the real NAS admin password. Be careful with your typing - spaces and slash direction both matter.
The first command will terminate any open connections to the NAS from the PC. If it prompts for confirmation, let it proceed. The second should map the NAS data volume to drive letter T.
If this works, then we can follow up with a better solution (entering appropriate credentials in the windows credentials manager).

Am assuming that doing in Windows\system is the correct path here? Or do I need to change to another path first?

I recall hearing that accessing the data volume this way only works after you change the password from the default (not 100% sure of that though).
So try changing the NAS admin password to something else, and then try the commands again with the changed password.
That is the case on at least some of our OSes. Can't remember whether it is the case on OS6.
On systems where this is the case the SMB password for the admin user is first set when first changing the admin password.
