RN10400 Logs on to Admin Page, then logs back off after update

Just updated my RN104 to 6.10.5 last night and the update went fine and it worked fine. I went to play some music this morning and now I go to log on to the Admin page and after a few seconds it throws me back off and the music files also droped off JRiver. The NAS was at 6.10.4 and now it's at 6.10.5. I have it set up on a static IP address (192.168.10.10) and it is only connected to my local workstation. Raidar does connect ok and it stays up. WTH is going on with this update and without access to the admin page how can I roll it back to 6.10.4?

  • Well, it hadn't quite straightened out. But rebooting the NAS allowed me to log in once as you normally would. So while logged in I did a firmware reversion to  6.10.4 and all is well now...

  • Please do a search of the forum before you post.  There are already multiple threads concerning this bug and speading the information over so many is not helpful.

      Hi, I actually did search three times before I even registered. Only came up with ideas to solve similar problems on different units. ^Thanks for those suggestions!!

       

       

  • I finally had time to get back to this todfay and it appears to have straightened itself out on it's own. I have logged into the admin page now multiple times without being kicked back off. We shall see if this lasts...
