RN202 USB 3 Speeds

I have a Mirrored (RAID1) RN202 using CAT6 cable with a Gigabit router & switch. If I access a Share from workstation on the network is it FASTER or SLOWER than accessing a USB 3 flash drive Share plugged into the USB 3 port (back of the NAS)?

It depends in part on the speed of the flash drive.  Typical USB 3 flash drives have read speeds around 85 MBps, with write speeds perhaps half that.  With those speeds the internal disk would be faster.

You can of course test it yourself.
